We are a local community organization and your gift will be making a difference right here in Union County.
For your convenience, it is possible to direct your gift to a specific fund within the Foundation – you can select the fund from our drop-down list of funds. If you have additional questions or would like to know more about a specific fund, make that notation in the Comments field or feel free to call our office at (765) 458-7664, Monday – Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Any of our staff will be happy to assist you.
Please thoughtfully consider the following when selecting a fund for your gift:
Gifts to the Operating Endowment Fund support the general operations of the Union County Foundation and keep the office open and available, working for you, on a daily basis.
Gifts to any of the unrestricted funds (UCF Unrestricted Fund, Bath State Bank Fund, First Merchants Bank Fund, J’s Dairy Inn Fund, and Miles Family Fund) are used for quarterly community grants available to local organizations that support vital community needs and projects in Union County.
Memorial or Honorary Gifts – Many times the best gift can be one that continues to give. A donation in memory or honor of a loved one can do just that. The individual or family of the honoree will receive an acknowledgement of your generous gift. To mark your gift as:
a) Memorial – provide a notation of person’s name with a name and address of the next-of-kin in the Comments field.
b) Honorary – provide a notation of the honoree name and address in the Comments field.
Comment section – Let us know any comments, specifications or special requests regarding your gift (such as Memorial or Honorary gift).
Union County Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Therefore your gift is tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
Attention: A gift represents an irrevocable contribution to the Union County Foundation and is non- refundable. Each gift will be acknowledged by a letter in the mail which serves as your receipt for tax deduction. Your gift will be processed securely by PayPal, and applied to the fund you have specified. Your personal information will be kept confidential and secure and will not be sold, rented or traded to third parties.
If the fund/endowment of your choice is not currently included in the listing, (most often newly established funds), please select the UCF Unrestricted Endowment Fund and indicate the fund choice in the “Comment Section” as you go through the online gift process. Thank you for understanding!
